Aroma lamp
an aroma lamp is an especially easy way to create a pleasant living climate. Put 3-10 drops of a pure essential oil along with water into the bowl of your aroma lamp. A tea light below the bowl heats the mixture, allowing the perfume of the fine oils to spread through the air.

Aromatic skin care
in body oils and massage oils, in aromatic baths, in perfumes and diluted in compresses, aromatic essences enhance our health and our well-being. The active substances in the pure essential oils are absorbed through the skin and distributed by the circulation. Please note: Essential oils must only be used in diluted form.

Body oils and massage oils
make your own special body oil with your own recipe. Cold-pressed oils such as Jojoba, Almond, Macadamia or Wheat-germ are suitable as base oils. Base oils contain valuable skincare substances, providing your skin with essential nutrients. Add a total 7-10 drops of one or more essential oils (20 drops equal 1ml) to 50ml base oil. Aromatic skin-oils can be used in many ways, for sports massage or for daily moisturizing and enjoyment.

Aromatic baths
warm water releases the essential perfumes particularly well for the olfactory nerve and the skin to absorb. For a lovely aromatic bath, just mix 5-10 drops of one or more essential oils in a few spoonfuls of honey, cream, liquid soap or shampoo and gently stir the mixture into the bath water. Submerge in the world of scent!

Natural perfumes
creating your own perfume and perfume oil mixtures is an interesting and exciting challenge. A total 15-20 drops (=1ml) of essential oils are added to 10ml of a carrier oil such as Almond, Olive, or Jojoba. You should then store your creation in a dark place for at least one week.

Shelf life and storage
Citrus oils should be kept cool and be used within a year. Most other oils can be stored for more than three years at room temperature. The bottles must always be protected from strong light and heat, and the caps firmly secured. Many essential oils are highly flammable and should always be kept in a safe place.

Please note:

• Always keep essential oils away from children.
• Essential oils must only be used in diluted form.
• Apply diluted essential oils only to the skin and never to mucous membranes (e.g. nasal cavities) or eyes.
• Essential oils should never be taken internally.
• Essential oils are powerful active substances, which should not be used in high doses. For example, 1ml essential rose oil has the strength of 5 kg rose blossoms.
• Therapeutic use of essential oils should be left to specialist doctors
or therapists.
