With essential oils, as with wine, you will find a number of different qualities. Our essential oils are from the typical growing region (for example Bergamot and Lemon from Southern Italy, Lavender from the South of France). By building personal relationships, we maintain honest and sincere cooperation with growers and distillers. Our oils are analyzed in highly specialized laboratories with state of the art equipment. Experienced specialists analyze and compare the results to ensure that we do indeed have pure natural essential oils. Only pure natural essential oils are accepted and included in our product line. Neumond fragrance compositions consist of natural essential oils, without alcohol or additives.
	Growing and Producing: Our essential oils are extracted mostly by the traditional method of steam distillation, citrus oils through careful cold pressing of the skin of the fruits. Some oils, often from delicate flowers, which can not be distilled are derived through an expensive extraction and are called “Absolutes”. You won't find any products in our product line whose harvest and manufacture cause destruction of nature, such as rosewood from the rainforest. The difference between synthetic oils and natural oils: In the marketplace, synthetic essential oils may also be sold. Often, one can find so called “natural” essential oils, which are adulterated with inexpensive substances. Those oils can be recognized by the unbelievably cheap price or later, when they do not show the expected benefits. The following oils are not available as 100% natural essential oils, only as “similar to nature”, meaning synthetic, and are therefore not in our product line: Strawberry, Green Apple, Peach, Apricot, Lilac, Lily of the Valley, Lily, Lotus, Appleflower, Almondflower, Wild cherry and others.
